Policies
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure that your service runs as smoothly as possible. We cannot guarantee services for late arrivals.
Please inform your technician of any health conditions that may affect your service, including pregnancy.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please note that there is a $25 non-cancellation fee.
In the event that a scheduled service is not met, Studio É-län will make every effort to reschedule the appointment(s) as soon as possible.
Children
Although we love children, Studio E-lan does not service children under the age of 8 years old. Children 8 and older are allowed in the salon only if services are being performed.
Professional Retail
We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon products. Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges or refunds. Please consult with your technician for purchase assistance.
Quality Service
At Studio È-län our goal is to provide the highest standards of service. For best results, your Designer will recommend the correct regimen for your individual needs. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the quality of service please notify your Designer within 24 hours of your visit.
Rental Opportunities
Must obtain current professional license , liability business insurance, and follow all CDC guidelines. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, artists are permitted only two guests at a time, subject to change based on salon activity. Social distancing must be practiced by all. Mask must be worn at all times. Health screening, safety questionnaire, as well as consent agreement for rendering services, must be completed prior to services. , No loitering, all guests must have an appointment.
With respect for every artist and guest, artists are encouraged to limit loud talking and conversations that are offensive to others unknowingly. Our mission is to provide a one -of- a- kind experience, providing personal connections with guests. To avoid interruption, cellular phones must be on silent mode. Calls should be limited to 3-5 minutes or less. Calls can also be taken in the designated common lounge area.
